 The vineyard from which it comes, located in an area characterized by gentle slopes, one part is its own and the other with grapes bought from winegrowers in the area. The vines planted in glass are over 50 years old. The altitude of the vineyard ranges between 550 and 650 meters. Deep alluvial type soil. Formed by granite sands and clays.
 
 After an exhaustive monitoring, the harvest is started manually, trying to minimize the time elapsed between the harvest and the entry of the grapes into the winery. Made only with free-run must from voluntary bleeding after having cold macerated for a few hours with its skins. The first filtering is through tangential technology. After stabilization, the wine is bottled by passing through amicrobic filtration to guarantee quality during its stay in the bottle.
