Wine from vineyards with more than 20 years of age. In the plantation of our vineyards, quality criteria have prevailed at all times, moderating production, seeking a greater number of bunches of smaller grain grapes. For this reason, the planting density in our vineyard is very high (4,000 plants per hectare according to the 2.5 x 1 meter plantation frame). The vineyard also has an entire irrigation system that, through the support of meteorological stations located in different farms, allows us to control the stress of the plants and thus achieve a greater concentration in the grape.
 
 Alcoholic fermentation for 6 days. Maceration with skins for 5 days. Fermentation temperature of 28ºC. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
 Stay in American oak barrels for 12 months followed by a minimum rest in the bottle of 6 months until the time of marketing.
