Vitium Special Reserve 2010 75 CL.
From a careful selection of grapes from our noblest vineyards, aged between 84 and 106 years, we have proceeded to the fermentation of the destemmed grapes in stainless steel tanks with built-in refrigeration by means of outer jackets to maintain temperatures that are not above 30ºC.
Skins maceration for 30 days, with two pump-overs per day.
Apicot cherry, garnet rim, high layer.Aroma: Powerful nose, aromas from ripe black fruit, with fine spicy nuances (cocoa) and roasted. Very well assembled. Mouth: The palate is serious in the encounter, meaty, broad and balanced, with a good mid palate of intense fruit and some minerality. Perfectly polished, oily and perfectly rounded tannins. Powerful, long aftertaste with personality.
