With Grace from Rioja Vega
Grapes from the term "El Pinche", planted at an altitude of 415 meters on a slope facing south and slightly to the west, protected by the Sierra de Codés. The uniqueness of the terroir gives the wine its elegant character. It is the name with which the ancient locals baptized the place where Bodega Rioja Vega sits today.
AND AGINGIn obtaining and harvesting, criteria of care for the fruit and respect for the environment have prevailed with a careful selection in vineyards with low productions of 5,000 kg / Ha. Alcoholic fermentation in tanks with temperature control from the moment of reception. It lasts for 9 days and pumping over and punching is carried out according to fermentation. Post-fermentation maceration for 7 days.
