Since 1887, the Llopart winery has been making artisan cavas of excellent quality that stand out for their elegance. Victims of the phylloxera plague that had devastated European vineyards and which now came from the Penedès, the Llopart family set about saving their grapes. For this, it introduced more appropriate varieties for the production of sparkling wines. At the beginning of the 1950s, its product was already positioned as one of the highest quality in the Penedés.
Defined by the winery's motto, ex vite, vita (life comes from the vine), its cavas They are made following the Traditional Method. So that you too receive this gift of life that grapes bring, we invite you to try the Llopart Brut Rosé, an organic rosé cava made from pinot noir, garnacha and monastrell. This delicious sparkling wine has 18 months of aging.
View: It is bright cherry pink. Fine and constant bubbles, with a bright white crown.
Nose: It has exuberant and fruity aromas, with varietal nuances of forest fruits and floral hints of jasmine.
Mouth: It is powerful, structured, balanced, with delicate tannins and a pleasant acidity. Long and elegant finish.
It is ideal with rice, pasta, dark meat poultry, white meat, smoked dishes, risottos and blue fish such as salmon, tuna and sardines. It is also perfect with vegetable salads, Iberian sausages and as an aperitif.
