Brown Beast Verdejo 2017 75CL.
Coming from the Pago de Fuente Elvira in La Seca, from the sub-zone “El Cuadro” we carry out a traditional viticulture with total and absolute absence of chemicals, an organic viticulture as always, to naturally preserve a grape, which will begin fermentation in vats of wood.
Brown beast It is fermented with wild yeast (that of the grape itself) in barrels with capacities of 250 and 450 liters for 7-8 months. 100% French oak and special toasts for this wine.
Maturation in tank with its own lees for approximately 1 year and subsequent bottling resting in the bottle for the time determined by the Winery (from 6 to 8 months depending on the evolution of each vintage). Very smooth filtering.
View: Intense yellow color with greenish hues.
Nose: It is a complex wine, in which the aromas of the fruit stand out on a slight background of the light toasted notes of the barrel.
Mouth: it is enveloping, fatty, full-bodied and has a spectacular complexity.
Ideal for lovers of fish, seafood, vegetable stews, ideal for daytime.
