Solar de Becquer Crianza 2015 75 cl
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and with native yeast. Once the fermentation is finished, it is macerated for at least 10 days. The aging is done in American Oak barrels with an average age of 5 years and it remains in them for at least 14 months. During this time, three racks are made. Once clean, the wine is bottled, remaining in the bottle before going on the market for at least 6 months.
