One of our favorites, this Chardonnay with denomination of origin Navarra is quite an experience. The harvest is done manually and at night to preserve the characteristics of the grape. Once it arrives at the winery, it is pressed in stainless steel tanks. This wine has been in French oak barrels for 6 months with its lees, and is periodically battoned.
This product is made with the Chardonnay grape.
It is a very elegant, fine and mature wine. It definitely feels a lot of complexity. It has aromas of green fruits with some hints of toast, but very floral at the same time. In the mouth it is smooth, provides a lot of volume and you can feel the vanilla of the wood.
