Cava Benito Escudero Semi-dry 75CL.
The grapes come from the vineyards owned by the winery in the municipality of Grávalos, south of Monte Yerga in the foothills of the Iberian Mountain Range. A very high area in which fresh wines are obtained, with very fine and elegant aromas. The Viura variety is harvested in the first two weeks of October. The harvest is done manually, selecting the grapes.
The flower must obtained with a gentle pressing, will be used to make our cavas. The must will undergo the first fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature of over 14ºC. At the beginning of spring, once the wine is clean, it will undergo the second fermentation in the bottle, remaining in aging for at least 24 months.
Ideal with Patés and blue cheeses. Nougat and all kinds of desserts.

Nose: Good intensity, aromas of apple, pear and almond.
Mouth: Sweet with a point of acidity that gives it freshness.
