Author Becquer Crianza Rioja 750ml
For the elaboration of this wine, no type of mechanical system is used, only gravity is used to avoid damaging it and preventing it from rusting. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with native yeasts from the vineyard itself at a controlled temperature. Once the fermentation is finished, the maceration is prolonged for 10 more days. After uncoating, it is put into American and French oak barrels for about 8 months, and during this time two rackings are carried out. Before being bottled, the wine is lightly filtered and left to rest for 12 more months in the bottle.
This product is made with Tempranillo and red garnacha.
It has a cherry red color. On the nose it has very intense aromas of forest fruits and mandera that combine very well. On the palate it is very tasty, it has well-rounded tannins and a finish of ripe fruit, spices and great structure.
