Beronia Crianza 2016 75CL.
One of the most emblematic wines from Bodegas Beronia in La Rioja it is Beronia Crianza 2016. It is a blend of typical varieties of the region, such as Tempranillo, Garnacha and Mazuelo, from vineyards that are over 30 years old.
12 months in mixed barrels with American oak staves and French oak bottoms to obtain the unmistakable "Beronia Style". It ends with a minimum of 3 months of rest in the bottle prior to its commercialization.
The grape juice is fermented under controlled temperature and humidity conditions and the aromas and color are enhanced with periodic pump-overs.
View: it has an intense cherry red color, clean and bright.
Nose: notes of aromatic herbs such as thyme or rosemary typical of the scrubland stand out. Fresh aroma where cherry or blueberry also stand out. Complex nose that evolves to obtain pleasant orange and cinnamon fragrances.
Mouth: it is a very fresh and sweet wine, with a large number of sensations, among which aromas of pastry stand out, such as vanilla or chocolate. It is a voluminous, pleasant and very long wine.
Ideal with roasts, grilled cutlets, Iberian sausage or cured cheeses.
