Conde de Caralt is a Spanish noble title, created in 1916, which inspires the class and distinction of Conde Caralt Blanc de Blancs Brut cava, the elegant sparkling wine, with small and pleasant bubbles, a bright straw yellow color and the impressive stamp of the Macabeo, Parellada and Xarello grapes.
Made by Bodegas Caves Conde de Caralt, this cava presents aromas reminiscent of almonds, hazelnuts, peaches and a subtle background of honey. In the mouth, its freshness, acidity and balance, notes of lemon and green apples are delighted. The finish is perceived young thanks to its fruity touches.
View: Straw yellow color with greenish tones and golden reflections. Abundant bubbles with vertical and regular detachment.
Nose: blunt reminiscent of white flowers and nuts such as hazelnut; with notes of green apple and light toast.
