The history of the house  Safe Widows  It dates back to the 11th century, at which time it was still an inhabited watchtower to which numerous modifications were made. The result was a mosaic of different architectural styles depending on the era in which the modification was made. Romanesque, Gothic and Visigothic lines coexist in it. For the s. XIII the tower no longer had its military importance and had become a Catalan farmhouse or country house. At the end of the 19th century, the region became aware of the importance of its autochthonous varieties and the fate of the house took a new turn.
 
 Today we want to invite you to visit this tower that has become a winery that produces Catalan cavas and sparkling wines. We suggest you start with the  Segura Viudas Brut Aria , a delicacy made with a blend of parellada, xarel.lo and Macabeo, as well as its own yeasts. A young cava that stands out for its harmony and seduction.
