Benito Escudero Brut It is one of the most outstanding cavas made outside of Catalonia. Signed by the Escudero saga, the largest and oldest cava producers in Rioja, with an important presence in the market.
An artisan cava, with personality and style, conceived with viura from old vineyards located in Grávalos (The Rioja) at an altitude of 700–800 m that favors the obtaining of fresh wines with fine aromas. The fruits were harvested by hand and subjected to a double selection in the field and in the winery.
After the second fermentation in the bottle, Benito Escudero Brut remained aging on the lees for a minimum of 36 months.
View: Pale straw yellow, clean and bright, very fine bubbles.
Nose: Subtle and elegant, with notes of yeast, butter and white fruit on a background of nuts with light toasted tones.
Mouth: it is fresh and light, with a refreshing mid palate due to the soft release of carbon dioxide. Long and pleasant finish marked by memories of fresh fruit.
Ideal with appetizers, hot and cold starters, oysters, game, fresh foie gras, caviar.
