White Pierola Fermented in Barrel 2014 75 CL
This wine is made with a cold film maceration of the destemmed grape for between 36 to 48 hours. The must comes from a careful separation of the skins and is fermented on its lees in new American oak barrels, remaining in them for a few weeks, achieving the proper aging that gives the desired quality.
View: straw yellow, lemon sparkles.
Nose: intense varietal notes of ripe fruit (green apple and citrus) with toasted hints of new wood. Very well assembled and balanced.
Mouth: friendly entry, without very acidic sensations. Sensation of body, tasty and fresh in its passage through the mouth. Envelope. Good intensity and persistence finish.
Fish, shellfish and white meat.
