It is a Brut Nature with a minimum bottle aging of 64 months. It is a very elegant Corpinnat, from organic farming. From each vintage, a special blend is made and the 4 most outstanding monovarietals are selected for their evolution and elegance. Only 35,000 bottles are produced per year.
This product is made with Macabeo, Xarello, Parellada and Chardonnay grapes.
It is an especially suitable cava to drink alone, as an aperitif and to accompany light dishes. Perfect with fish and seafood zarzuela or Galician octopus.

Mouth: In the mouth it is balanced, dry, smooth and tasty.
Nose: On the nose it has a very complex aroma, elegant spicy notes appear.
