Nexus Crianza is synonymous with patience, effort and knowing which and when to collect the ideal fruits that give us a number of sensations from a tempranillo, or in this case, called Tinta fina. rooted in clay and limestone soils, which are usually hit by strong winds, permanent sun and strong changes in temperature between day and night. It is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
This product is made with Tinta fina grape.
View: Ruby red color, violet rim, clean and bright middle layer.
Nose: Nose with notes of red and dried fruits, purple flowers and mild balsamic.
Palate: Explosive and warm entry, a complex and delicate wood, good mid palate and finish.
Serrano ham and charcuterie in general are safe bets. As with cheeses.
