Tresaras Young White Rioja 2018
The Cadarso Ciorda winery, led by Pedro Luís Cadarso, its owner, has worked the land so that its grapes and products have the best possible care. After destemming and racking the grapes, they are pressed to carry out a slow fermentation at a very low temperature and thus be able to extract all the potential that the fruit has.
This wine is made with Tempranillo Blanco and Garnacha Blanca grapes.
View: It is clean and bright, with a pale golden hue and greenish reflections.
Nose: you can see vanilla and flowers, as the wine takes in oxygen, there are balsamic nuances, notes of alcohol and some mentholated and honey memories.
Mouth: it is fresh, floral, but when it passes into the mouth it presents good glycerines and sweetish persistence as well as a long.
