Tresaras White Rioja F. Barrica 75 CL
The destemmed grape is pressed. Alcoholic fermentation takes place entirely in new oak barrels, the wine remaining in them for six months, macerating on the lees.
View: It is clean and bright, with a pale golden hue and greenish reflections.
Nose: you can see vanilla and flowers, as the wine takes in oxygen, balsamic nuances, alcohol notes and some mentholated and honey memories come out.
Mouth: it is fresh, floral, but when it passes into the mouth it presents good glycerines and sweetish persistence as well as a long aftertaste.
