Tresaras Rioja Crianza 2016 75 CL
It is destemmed, incubated and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Long macerations are carried out to extract its full potential from the fruit, and aging in 225-liter American oak barrels for about 18 months, with the aim of polishing and rounding out the characteristics of the wine, combining the fruit with the tannin from the barrel and leaving 12 more months in bottle. Thus a natural stabilization is achieved. About 60,000 bottles are made of this product per year.
This product is made with Tempranillo.
View: It is clean and bright, with a medium-high robe and ruby red tones.
Nose: the first blow is closed, it takes a few minutes to show some red fruit jams, notes of cocoa and vanilla are perceived.
Mouth: well matured tannin gives structure and presence, the cocoa is once again present as well as some notes of over maturation. The alcoholic nuances give it warmth and a long aftertaste.
Accompany with meats, stews, salads or fish.
