Every year the best of the harvest is selected from vineyards older than 65 years with yields of 2,500 kh / ha. Destemming, vatting and fermentation in oak barrels. Its aging in wood is totally subject to what this wine demands for its maximum expression of fruit integrated with the components provided by the wood. After its natural stabilization, it is rounded in the bottle until ready for your enjoyment.
Around 5,000 bottles are made of this product per year.
View: It is clean and bright, with a medium-high robe and a ruby red tone.
Nose: this wine is powerful, with a presence of important vanillas, which give way to cocoa, tobacco, coffee, jams and some curious mentholated notes.
Mouth: the wine is intense, presenting a pleasant taste variation as it takes in oxygen. The mocha and vanilla stand out before moving on to the overripe jams.
