After de-stemming the grapes, the fermentation process takes place in stainless steel tanks for 8 days, the maximum temperature being reached at 25º C. Then, during the maceration stage, which lasted 10 days, the temperature dropped to 20º C , allowing the maximum extraction of all the potential of the fruit, and the development of a rapid malolactic fermentation after discovery. After the winter rest, only interrupted by the racking that refines the wine, it was bottled.
View: it is clean and bright, with a medium-high layer and a red tone
Nose: floral nuance stands out from the first moment with a strong intensity giving way to sweet red fruits
Mouth: it is fresh, floral, recalls the moment of fermentation itself, then it takes on personality, showing a soft but intense wine with flavors of red fruits in season.
Ideal as an aperitif before meals and perfectly accompanies sausages and weight stews
