Wine that comes from the grapes of the winery's vineyards, located in the south of Monte Yerga, the Finca Cuesta de la Reina is a sun-rich hillside that begins at 450 meters of altitude and ascends to 800 meters. No mechanical system was used in the production process, using only gravity to avoid damaging the grapes. The fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks with native yeasts from the vineyard itself, controlling the temperature at 30ºC. At the end of the fermentation, the maceration was extended for 10 more days. Once uncubated, the wine went into fine American and French oak barrels where it was aged for 8 months. During the aging period, two racks were made, it was slightly filtered before being bottled, remaining in the bottle rack for 12 months before being put on sale.

Nose: Clean and complex on the nose, aromas of fruit well combined with tones of fine oak wood that stand out remarkably.
Mouth: With great character and long persistence. Complex and elegant aftertaste, aromas of red fruit and touches of quality wood.
Excellent to accompany mature cheeses, grilled meats, rice dishes, meat stews and sautéed vegetables.
